Oven Hash Browns with Bacon
Directions
Ingredients 4 large potatoes 3 slices of raw bacon diced one inch pieces Salt and pepper to season 2 T Cooking Oil Cheddar cheese to garnish Instructions Peel potatoes and chop fine with knife or use food processor, pulsing until the potatoes are chopped to desired consistency. Add chopped potatoes to mixing bowl, add cooking oil, diced bacon, and season with salt and pepper. Mix all well and lay on parchment paper on large cookie sheet. Add to 400 degree pre-heated oven. Bake a lower level of oven for 30 minutes, then flip hash browns, bake additional 15-20 minutes until desired brownness is achieved. Remove from oven serve with grated sharp cheddar cheese and salsa. |
