Easy China Bowl
Directions
Ingredients for China Bowl Sauce 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 cloves of garlic minced 2 teaspoons fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dry ginger 3 tablespoons sherry or white wine 3 tablespoons peanut butter 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes 1/2 cup water Add all ingredients to sauce pan and heat up to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes Easy China Bowl Ingredients 3 cups fresh or frozen green beans 2 stalks of celry diced 1/2 onion diced 1 small zucchini spiralized or thinly sliced 2 medium carrots spiralized or thinly sliced 3 cups of broccoli cut up into 1 inch size pieces 8 ounces of Krab 4 tablespoons cooking oil 4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds for garnish 4 tablespoons cilantro for garnish Instuctions for cooking vegetables Use a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat pan up on medium heat, add green beans cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from pan and set aside covered to keep warm on large platter. Keeping pan hot, add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, onion, celery, carrot, and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes remove from pan, lay on platter next to green beans. Keeping pan hot add 1 tablespoon cooking oil add broccoli, cook for 3 minutes, add zucchini and cook for 3 minutes additional. Add Krab and cook for 3 additional minutes. Toasting Sesame Seeds Place sesame seeds under broiler for 1-2 minutes until toasted. Making Easy China Bowl Arrange vegetables in serving bowls, top each bowl with 2-4 tablespoons of Easy China Bowl Sauce, toasted sesame seeds and couple sprigs of cilantro, enjoy! |
