Balsamic Veggie Chicken Kabobs are awesome tasting, made with grilled chicken, mushrooms, peppers, red onions and zucchini. The secret to making these kabobs so good is first marinating them in marinade made of balsamic vinegar, fresh garlic, black pepper and soy sauce. This marinade is terrific adding a great flavor to both the veggies and the chicken. Very little prep time needed, cut up your veggies and chicken add to a bowl and top with the marinade. Let veggies and chicken hang out together in your fridge for at least 30 minutes, an hour is better. Then you simply put them on kabob sticks and grill them. Depending on your grill, they will only take about ten minutes to cook on your grill. Soooo easy and soooo delicious, looks like you did a lot of work for this one, but definitely not the case. Balsamic Veggie Chicken Kabobs are a great way to combine meat and veggies in one dish, so you don’t have to worry about making a bunch of sides, they make one easy meal!
