Kale Cheddar Souffle
Ingredients
- 4 cups Raw Kale (Any type kale, wash cut up and steam for 6-8 minutes until tender)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (melt in large fry pan)
- 2 tablespoons white flour (mix with flour over medium heat)
- 7 eggs (beat eggs together is seperate bowl)
- 1 1/2 cup shreaded chedder cheese
- 1 cup Milk (pour milk in to butter flour mixture to make a white sauce)
