Easy Pulled Pork Nachos
Directions
Ingredients 3 pounds pork roast Plain taco chips shredded cheddar jack cheese black olives sliced jalapenos plain taco chips avocado Creamy Avocado Dressing or sour cream fresh salsa or jarred Cook pork roast in slow cooker or crock pot. Season pork roast, add to slow cooker, topping with 1 cup water 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce and let it cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, until it just falls apart with fork. Re-move from crock pot and shred with two forks and mix in your favorite barbecue sauce. Use a large baking 9 x 13, layer plain taco chips in dish, top evenly with cheese, as much as you desire. Put in 350 degree preheated oven for about 5 minutes until cheese melts. Top warm cheesy chips with pulled pork, more shredded cheese, jalapenos, fresh salsa, and Creamy Avocado Dressing.
